HR and office managers can now invite their colleagues with a single click

If you are an office manager or HR representative, you can now easily invite your colleagues to the Spaceflow app!

We are excited to share with you, that we upgraded our end-user invitation from the admin console! Until now, only Space Owners (usually Asset Managers, sometimes Property Managers) and Space Admins (usually Property Managers or Facility Managers and in co-working and co-living spaces Community Managers) could invite people to join their space.

Space representatives can now send email invitations to end users directly from the admin console.

The new feature is crucial for the onboarding flow, because in commercial buildings, usually, Space Representatives (Office Managers, HR representatives) have contacts for all people from their companies.

What are the benefits of it?

• Property managers and landlords can manage who to give access to the specific space

• More personal approach

• End-user with the invitation can join the space no matter the location
